Training the Trainers
You know, there is a great deal to figure out when you decide to become an instructor at a community college. Even the most experienced teachers need training when going to a new institution. That can be even more difficult when the instructor is 500 miles away because they are online instructors.
I believe, that with the help of Google Plus, I can create an instructional program for the online instructor. This is something that I feel is very important to help the instructor feel like a real part of the institution and help the instructor to learn to reach their students.
