First Guinea Pig

Well all, I am proud to say that I have received my first response back from my guinea pigs. There were comments that were very helpful to my project. It makes me want to change it NOW before anyone else sees it and go from there, but I'll wait until I hear from others. Maybe I'll figure out a way to make this project a reality at Southeastern Community College.  More to come!!!

Training the Trainers

You know, there is a great deal to figure out when you decide to become an instructor at a community college. Even the most experienced teachers need training when going to a new institution.  That can be even more difficult when the instructor is 500 miles away because they are online instructors.

 

I believe, that with the help of Google Plus, I can create an instructional program for the online instructor. This is something that I feel is very important to help the instructor feel like a real part of the institution and help the instructor to learn to reach their students.
